Kemi Badenoch worked as an IT Analyst before coming into politics. (Photo credit:
Kemi Badenoch is one of the leading contenders to win the Conservative part leadership. She is polling second behind Robert Jenrick.
She had an uninspiring career before entering politics. She worked as an IT consultant with a second tier IT consultancy firm. Logica.
She ahs managed to climb the greasy pole of politics mainly due to her sycophancy and subservience to pandering to the far-right of her party.
One may describe her as the perfect “coconut”.
A landmark case in the UK recently concluded referring to brown and black people as coconuts is within the rights of free speech and expression.
Journalist Sangita Myska explained what a “coconut” is;
“Coconut is used by some South Asians (and blacks) to claim other South Asians (or blacks) are brown/black on the outside but white on the inside. Broadly, it’s an accusation that the person of colour concerned is disconnected to, or working against, the interests of people who look like them. It’s an accusation that the person of colour identifies with the (white) majority community that is perceived as having more power and influence than communities with brown (or black) skin, and that they are doing this to enhance their own personal positions or wealth.
(This is not a conclusive definition but a guide)”
Kemi Badenoch gave an interview over the weekend where she claimed too many immigrants are coming to the UK who hate Israel.
When did loving Israel become a UK visa requirement?
In 2023 most of the legal migrants (migrants that the UK needs) came from Pakistan, India, and Iraq. it is not in the interests of Britain to deter these people from coming over.
To deter them would be to act against the interests of Britain.
All these counties have historically supported Palestine and been against settler colonialism that Israel practices in Palestine.
These countries have had profoundly negative experiences themselves of being the victims of settler colonialism and occupation.
Naturally, most of the people in those countries would be supportive of Palestine and against Israel.
It is abnormal for people to not hate settler colonialism and occupation.
Does Kemi Badenoch support those those things? Her comment are particularly shocking because having been born in Nigeria she really should know better.
People from the British black community were quick to disown her views.
Kemi doesn’t believe all cultures are equal.
Kemi believes some cultures are more superior than others.
Robert Jenrick, another uninspiring figure, let alone a credible leader, is currently leading the polls to become the next Conservative Party leader.
His wife is Israeli born Michal Berkner, a Jewish Zionist who is known to have considerable influence over him.
He has previously said his connection to the Jewish community forms “a very important and integral part of my life”.
He is Christian.
His wife Berkner is nine years older than he and has been considerably more successful in her legal career than he ever was.
She is a Partner at a law firm McDermott Will & Emery. While Robert Jenrick worked as a solicitor for six years before entering politics in 2014.
Having worked for two law firms in the space of six years. He has found his calling in politics where he can enact the whim of his reportedly overbearing wife.
In June 2020, Jenrick faced questions over his links to a Conservative donor after it emerged that he met an Israeli businessman Idan Ofer, with an interest in the future of a multibillion-pound project that Jenrick, then exchequer secretary to the Treasury, was overseeing.
Ofer stated that the £10,000 donation via his Quantum Pacific business was made at the behest of The Conservative Friends of Israel of which Jenrick was a member.
Jenrick later said that Ofer was a family friend. Jenrick is not known to have any connections to Israeli businessman prior to his marriage to Ms Berkner.
The same month, it was reported that Conservative councillors approved a planning application for an extension to Jenrick’s townhouse despite officials objecting to the scheme three times.
Robert Jenrick goes much further than Badenoch when it comes to Israel and says all UK entry points should have the star of David emblazoned around them.
By the way, Britain is officially a Christian country, not Jewish
Amidst Israel’s plausible genocide in Gaza, where numerous Israelis have plastered the Star of David everywhere they carry out this plausible genocide, displaying the Star of David at entry points for many would be akin to people seeing the Nazi swastika displayed upon entering 1930s Germany.
Robert Jenrick has also said he would move the British embassy in Israel from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem.
“If the Foreign Office or the civil servants don’t want to do it, I will build it myself,” he added.
That is against UK policy and in direct contradiction to UN resolution 2334.
Which passed in the security council in 2016 and the UK voted in favour of.
It said all the territories Israel occupies in Palestine is illegal, Jerusalem is part of that.
Moving the embassy to Jerusalem would mean the UK embassy sitting on illegally occupied land.
That is not is the interests of Britain. It only serves the interests of Israel and its fundamentalist supporters in the UK.
Jenrick has said he would also proscribe Iran’s IRGC a terrorist organisation.
Previous Conservative governments have not done that because they said it would not be in the interests of Britain.
James Cleverly who is a former Lieutenant Colonel, was the Conservative Foreign Secretary when in September 2023. On refusing to proscribe the IRGC a terrorist organisation, he said:
“Any decision we make on proscription or sanctions is always done with the protection of British nationals and British interests at heart.”
Which means proscribing it would be against the interests of Britain and its nationals.
Robert Jenrick would be doing it for the interest of Israel, and against Britain.
That is an astonishing position to take for any British citizen, neverminded someone pursuing to become the leader of one of out main political parties.
